We will do it again this year, following last year! Large-scale can manufacturing!

It seems that various improvements have been made, so this time I will introduce the content that reflects them on the blog!

Last year, we received very high evaluations regarding the "price and quality" of the large canning products we delivered, and we have received inquiries again this year. Now, regarding the important details, the person in charge said, "Hmm, it hasn't changed much from last year." However, it has changed significantly. While the base is indeed similar, it is completely different. The difficulty of processing has greatly increased. When I asked again about the reasons for the changes in the drawings, I learned that the previous version was the first actual production, and there have been improvements in the durability of the actual product and structural changes during assembly, among other things. *You can view the detailed content of the blog through the related links. Can 'beautiful' and 'cheap' coexist? The professional craftsmanship behind canned products.

Is spot welding insufficient? The option of "auxiliary TIG" that proved effective in the can manufacturing field.

"Impressed by the beautiful finish" "This quality at this price? Isn't it too cheap?" — The surprising feedback we received was for a canning product made from SUS304 thin plates (φ400) with spot welding. The drawing only specified spot welding, but we proposed a unique solution by first applying TIG welding as a distortion countermeasure and then adding spot welding as a supplement, achieving both strength and appearance. The value of this "extra effort" resonates with customers who are particular about quality. What are the reasons behind our processing know-how that can handle small lots and high difficulty, as well as our price competitiveness? This is a must-see case for those struggling with SUS canning or considering VA/VE design! *Such efforts are just a small part of what Bandai does every day. Please take a look at the value we can provide to our customers.

Revealing the full picture of the rumored processing company that specializes in large-scale canned products!

We perform cutting and welding in-house, and we outsource the sheet metal parts to nearby processing companies, allowing us to handle assembly as well.

In this blog, I would like to introduce a company among the processing contractors where we actually conducted location shooting. Despite having appeared frequently in the blog, I haven't been able to provide a detailed introduction about them, which is quite rude of me. So, ahead of the HP release, I would like to give a brief introduction. Since this is a blog, I will introduce it in a relaxed manner, incorporating my subjective views. If you think, "They specialize in large can products, but I can't tell which processing contractor it is just from the title," please be sure to check out past blogs. *For detailed content of the blog, you can view it through the related links.
